Blue Pine from Haiti, Supremo from Colombia and Monsooned Malabar from India.
The Blue Pine coffee from the hills in Haiti provides the finest blue in our collection and is my sister Sue's favorite coffee.
The Colombian Supremo is called so for its size which is among the largest. Colombian coffee is my baseline of what is coffee.
The Monsooning process recreates the deck washing of coffee during the transit from the coasts of India around the Cape to Europe. I liked it from the first taste.
